What is procrastination?
Procrastination is a complex yet common phenomenon characterized by maladaptive behavioural tendencies resulting in avoidance of tasks.

The causal mechanisms may be derived from aversive emotions such as fear, shame, etc. It may also involve negative affective emotions such as lethargy, boredom, etc. The root of procrastination differentiates from person to person but could be alleviated by identifying issues & addressing them appropriately.
